gloo Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use gloo and how we keep that data protected. When you open an account, deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, or place entries on Liga 1 matches or live-dealer tables, we gather personal information to verify your identity, process your transactions, and prevent fraud. We treat this data as a core asset of trust—not as something to sell or share recklessly.
Our privacy commitments are simple: we collect only what we need, we store it securely, and we tell you upfront how it moves through our systems. We do not sell your information to marketing firms. We do not track your browsing outside gloo for ad targeting. We do comply with applicable data-protection law in the jurisdictions where we operate.
If you have questions about how gloo handles your data, contact our support team. We aim to respond to privacy enquiries within 5 business days.
What We Collect When You Join gloo
When you register on gloo, we collect your email address, full name, date of birth, and residential address. We ask for a phone number to enable two-factor authentication and account recovery. We do not require your workplace information, family structure, or social media handles—only data needed for account verification and payment processing.
Once you deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we record the transaction details: payment method, timestamp, amount, and confirmation status. We do not store your full payment credentials (card numbers, wallet passwords). Instead, we use tokenized references that let us process refunds and withdrawals without keeping sensitive payment data on our servers.
Data we collect on gloo
- Account registration: email, name, date of birth, address, phone number
- Payment history: deposit and withdrawal transactions, payment method type (not full credentials)
- Betting activity: entries placed, games played, results, account balance history

How We Use Your Data on gloo
We use your personal information for three primary purposes: account management (verify identity, process deposits and withdrawals, send account statements), fraud prevention (detect suspicious patterns, verify KYC documents, monitor for collusion in live games), and legal compliance (keep records required by anti-money-laundering law, respond to regulatory requests, resolve disputes).
We do not use your gloo data to build marketing profiles or sell targeted ads. We do not share your name, email, or betting history with third-party advertisers. When we partner with payment processors (your bank, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) or identity-verification vendors, we share only the minimum data needed to complete that specific transaction. We require these partners to sign data-protection agreements prohibiting them from using your information for their own marketing.
- Retention period
- We keep your account data for as long as your gloo account is active. After you close your account, we retain transaction records for 7 years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Personal details (name, address) are deleted after 12 months unless we need them for a pending dispute.
- International transfer
- Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. By using gloo, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in countries outside Indonesia if necessary for service delivery. We apply standard contractual clauses to ensure adequate protection.
- Cookies and tracking
- We use session cookies to keep you logged into gloo and analytics cookies to track app performance. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or retargeting cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but gloo's login system requires at least one session cookie to function.
